INGREDIENTS 1 st Layer ·         Swiss roll ·         Cocktail juice 2 nd Layer ·         1 cup custard powder ·         ½ cup sugar ·         2 cupss milk ·         2 cups water ·         1 can cocktail fruit 3 rd Layer ·         Crystal Jelly ·         400ml water METHOD Ø   Cut the swiss roll into pieces (estimate 1cm thickness) ans put it in a cup. Fluffy Pancake

INGREDIENTS ·         2 cups flour ·         2 tablespoons baking powder ·         1 teaspoon salt  ·         2 tablespoons sugar ·         2 cups fresh milk ·         1 egg ·         1 teaspoon vanilla essence ·           4 tablespoons butter (melted)     METHOD Ø   Mix well flour with salt, sugar butter, egg, vanilla essence, baking powder and fresh milk. Ø   Heat up a non stick fry pan for 2 - 3 minutes. No cooking oil needed. Ø   Pour the mixture in circle shape (size is up to you). Ø   Cook it until it turn a bit brown and flip it over. Ø   Serve it with your favourite toppings.

INGREDIENTS ·         1 kilogram prawns (cooked, deshelled, and cut into thirds) ·         1 celery stalk (finely chopped) ·         ¼ cup Japanese kewpie mayonnaise ·         2 tablespoons lemon juice ·         3 frozen salted egg yolks (grated) ·         1 tablespoon chives (chopped) ·         6 hot dog buns ·         ¼ cup butter (melted)       METHOD Ø   Mix prawns with mayo, celery, lemon juice, salted egg yolks, and chives. Ø   Slice sides off hot dog buns and brush edges with melted butter. Ø   Toast each side lightly in a dry pan. Ø   Stuff prawn mixture into buns.

Ingredients ·          1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon vanilla syrup (20ml) ·          1 cup ice cubes, large ·          1 cup milk, cold (240ml) ·          2 shots espresso (or 80ml strongly brewed coffee) ·          1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon caramel sauce (20ml) METHOD Ø       In a serving cup, add in ice, vanilla syrup, cold milk, and espresso. Ø      Blend until smooth. Ø      Finally drizzle caramel sauce on top.

INGREDIENTS 200 g boneless chicken 2 tablespoons corn flour 1 tablespoon rice flour 1 tablespoon wheat flour 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup water 1 teaspoon chopped garlic 1 teaspoon chopped ginger 10 g green chillies 10 g onions 10 g capsicum 1 1/2 tablespoons light soy sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons dark soy sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons chilli paste 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon crushed white pepper 15 g spring onions METHOD Ø       Make a paste of corn flour, rice flour, wheat flour and baking powder using water. Ø       Dip chicken pieces in the paste and deep fry till golden brown. Keep aside. Ø       Heat oil in another pan and add the chopped garlic and ginger, followed by the diced onions, capsicum and green chilli.
