Iced Caramel Macchiato


Ingredients

·         1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon vanilla syrup (20ml)
·         1 cup ice cubes, large
·         1 cup milk, cold (240ml)
·         2 shots espresso (or 80ml strongly brewed coffee)
·         1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon caramel sauce (20ml)

METHOD

Ø     In a serving cup, add in ice, vanilla syrup, cold milk, and espresso.
Ø    Blend until smooth.
Ø    Finally drizzle caramel sauce on top.

INGREDIENTS 200 g boneless chicken 2 tablespoons corn flour 1 tablespoon rice flour 1 tablespoon wheat flour 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup water 1 teaspoon chopped garlic 1 teaspoon chopped ginger 10 g green chillies 10 g onions 10 g capsicum 1 1/2 tablespoons light soy sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons dark soy sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons chilli paste 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon crushed white pepper 15 g spring onions METHOD Ø       Make a paste of corn flour, rice flour, wheat flour and baking powder using water.
