Trifle Pudding
INGREDIENTS
1st Layer
·
Swiss roll
·
Cocktail juice
2nd
Layer
·
1 cup custard
powder
·
½ cup sugar
·
2 cupss milk
·
2 cups water
·
1 can cocktail
fruit
3rd
Layer
·
Crystal Jelly
·
400ml water
METHOD
Ø Cut
the swiss roll into pieces (estimate 1cm thickness) ans put it in a cup. Make sure
the bottom of the cup is fully covered by the cake and put a bit pressure on
the cake to make it a bit compact.
Ø Spray
a bit of cocktail juice on the cake.
Ø Stir
together custard powder, sugar, milk and water until it mix well.
Ø Cook
it using a low heat and keep stiring until it thickend.
Ø Pour
the custard mixture on top of the cake and cocktail fruit on top of it.
Ø Store
in the refrigerator while continue to make the jelly.
Ø Cook
the jelly together with the water until it mix well.
Ø Pour the jelly mixture ontop of the custar and store
it in the refrigerator.
