Swiss Roll



INGREDIENTS

·        Whipped cream non dairy

Ingredients A
·        3 eggs (yolk only)
·        15g castor sugar
·        60ml water
·        40ml cooking oil
·        75g flour
·        ½ teaspoon vanilla essence

Ingredients B
·        3 eggs (white only)
·        50g castor sugar
·        ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar

METHOD

Ingredients A
Ø  Stir egg and sugar until it become creamy.
Ø  Add in water, cooking oil and vanilla essence. Stir it well.
Ø  Lastly add in flour and stir well.

Ingredients B
Ø  Beat the egg until it bubles
Ø  Add in cream of tartar and sugar
Ø  Mix it using mixer until it become thickend

Ø  Take ¼ ingredients B and mix with the Ingredients A. Stir it well
Ø  Lastly pour all the Ingredient B and mix it well with Ingredient A
Ø  Layer the cake pan with grease paper and pour the mixture into a cake pan and make sure it isperfectly flat
Ø  Bake it at 190C for 10 -15 minutes or until the cake baked.
Ø  One the cake bake, flip it out the pan together with the grease paper. Remove the grease paper once the cake already cool.

Ø  Spread the whipped cream on the cake and roll it nicely .
